REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Planning Consultants
The Tablertown People of Color Museum is seeking proposals from Consultants for delivering planning services that have knowledge and experience in:
- Underground Railroad history, research methodologies, and site interpretation.
- Developing recommendations of the Underground Railroad sites in the area that would likely get approval for the National Park Service’s Network to Freedom Marker Program.
- Providing strategic planning support for nonprofits, has experience in capacity building tools, and has created near and long-term non-profit goals/actions.
- Regional Travel Tourism economies and generating entrepreneurship opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, adhering to budget constraints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and engage with diverse stakeholders.

RFP responses are due no later than 4:00 PM EST on November 26, 2024.
